Each season comes with special items to showcase in-season and local produce. We source first from the Johnson farm and then from our local community of small farmers. Availability fluctuates and our menu changes. If you see a seasonal treat, better get it now, as it may not be here next week.

Local, in-season food

We carry on the culture of five generations of family farmers — eat local, in-season food. That's why we source our ingredients locally first. We believe in free-range, grass-fed animals without the use of any steroid or growth hormones. We're committed to using only locally raised meat from small farms, and we roast and shave our own turkey — no pre-formed lunch meat here! We make fresh soup daily with with no msg, using whole food that we chop and cook ourselves.

Our bread is made with love by Marilyn's staff for our tasty sandwiches. We've got delicious vegetarian/vegan options, too!
