We try to carry on the culture of the five generations of family farmers -- eat local, in-season food. It’s healthier, provides for the local economy, reduces the carbon footprint, and just tastes better. We source our cafe ingredients first from the family farm, then from the area, and mostly within 100 miles. Even though we are now “carnivore friendly” we are committed to using only locally raised meats, eggs and cheeses from small farmers. Taste the difference of fresh, minimally processed food. Food should be great!
