Current Opportunities Available -- We are currently hiring for our 2010 season. We are closed the months of January and February. Employees that complete a full season (must begin before April 15) receive end of year bonus to cover missed work in January and February.

Baker's Assistant
Baker's Assistant needed for 3 - 4 days a week during the hours of 6 am - 2 pm. Duties will include measuring recipes, oven work, frosting cakes, cleaning. Must have good math skills, eye for detail, strict sanitation, ability to complete many tasks at once,able to lift 50 pounds, very fast paced. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly graduated culinary student. Position will begin April 5. Starting pay $9.00/hour.

Pie Baker
We are currently hiring for 2 part-time evening pie bakers. This position includes pulling pies from the freezer, baking according to quality standards, boxing cooled pies, cleaning pie trays, and kitchen sidework. This is an independent position and must be able to work without supervision. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, and lift and turn with 20#. This position is is 3 - 4 days a week, 5 hours/evening. Some flexibility available. Must begin by 6 pm. This position is May - November. Reliability, consistency, and responsibility are a must. This is a perfect 2nd job for a responsible adult, or retired person. No prior baking required if all other qualifications are met. Starting pay $10/hour.

Assistant Manager
We are hiring a full-time, salaried, assistant manager. Primary duties are all responsibilities of a counter sales, acting MOD when needed, and closing the building. Additional responsibilities are in marketing, merchandising, signage, displays, assisting with the marketing pieces and outside sales. This position MUST have previous experience in merchandising, and have very neat and creative writing. Very enthusiastic worker, outgoing personality, works with public well, motivates others, independent. This is a great entry level position for a college graduate.

Part-Time Sales Associates
Responsibilities include following procedures thoroughly and accurately to accomplish our goals of providing "beyond expected" service and top quality product. Specific duties include: taking customer orders, answering phones, waiting on customers, lunch preparation, cleaning, etc. Must have a very friendly attitude and reliable work experience and be able to work weekends and holidays. ($7 - $9/ hour depending on experience and goals)

• Morning shift: Part-time morning counter sales associate:
  Available during the hours of 6 am- 4 pm. In addition to other required duties, needs to assist in the morning opening of the bakery.

• Afternoon shift: Part-time afternoon counter sales associate:
  Available during the hours of 10 am - 7:00 pm. Hours vary with the season and day. In addition to other required duties, needs to assist in the evening closing of the bakery.
